Contempt of court case against Sidhakura publisher Kandel & Dhungana

A contempt case was filed in the Supreme Court on Sunday, saying that Sidhakura's disclosure of 'The Dark File' published by Sidhakura has caused contempt of court and affected the administration of justice.

The Deputy Registrar and Information Officer of the Supreme Court, Govind Prasad Ghimire, submitted a report to the Supreme Court alleging defamation of the court and obstructing the administration of justice due to the material published by Sidhakura.

"A contempt of court report has been submitted against Sidhakura's director, executive editor and everyone involved in this work," Deputy Registrar and Information Officer Ghimire told Sidhakura.
